We are delighted to have you shopping with us. Our terms and conditions follow. Please have a read through, as use of this site, and ordering through it, assumes your understanding and adherence to these conditions. These terms and conditions govern your use of the Good Thing online store. 

  • Good Thing makes every effort to ensure that descriptions, sizes, materials and details of listed products are accurate and correct, as provided by our suppliers. However, despite best efforts, and given the involvement of other parties, we can not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any site content, including descriptions.
     
  • Colour representation will be an accurate representation, however we can not allow for, or accept responsibility for, colour variations caused by the computer system, software or browser you use. 

  • We’re sure you will love your Good Thing purchases but if for some reason there is an issue please contact us immediately. View our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • All prices listed are in New Zealand Dollars and include 15% Goods & Services Tax. Prices on the site are current and correct at the time of viewing but can change at any time without notice. 

  • We endeavour to have up-to-date stock levels on our Good Thing online store. However, as we are also a physical bricks and mortar store in Mount Albert, Auckland, there may be a time where something sells in-store and on-line before we can update. In this instance we will let you know ASAP. 

  • All items listed are in stock unless specified, i.e. pre-orders.
