Briarwood's Toddy Dress in a striking blue gingham has a v-neckline and 3/4 sleeves that can be bunched higher or lower on the arm.  The flattering cut drops straight down from the bust to the just over knee length. 

This style also features handy pockets & a slightly curved hem split on the sides.
